The next door neighbor had a water main break and the company doing the work left an hour ago. As a safety measure, they left the roller in front of my mailbox. After how many minutes can I claim it as personal property? (The keys are in the ignition)

One of my favorite pictures of my daughters taken after my oldest girl’s first communion. This picture was unstaged and we of course tried to replicate it 3 years later at our younger girl’s first communion with lesser results.
