After my shower this morning I stared at the face looking back at me through the mist. Barely recognisable, more wrinkles than I remember, more grey hair, a much angrier man than I remember. Then it dawned on me, that's no mirror, after my run I went into the wrong flat!

After being bitch-slapped by a tree, I've reflected upon my motivations for being vegan. I'm no longer vegan for the animals, but so that plants suffer!

Finished The New Age of Sexism by Laura Bates. I hadn't previously considered how sexism and biases are unintentionally baked into modern technologies. These technologies are now amplifying and spreading said biases. I recommend reading it if you make use of or develop AI tools.

I've just started reading The New Age of Sexism by Laura Bates and it's really eye-opening. So far it's exploring how generative AI and deep fakes are being weaponised against girls and women while legislation is slow to protect them.
