Feeling bad for the gal I saw in the BOS Nation jacket at the Championship now… at least she’ll have a piece of history
there’s a small developer meeting at PH Coffee in Pendleton Heights i think on the last monday of the month where the folks in this area discuss the challenges working in this space if you’re interested, my partner attends most months & his notes are pretty interesting

i only know enough to be dangerous but my understanding around one reason is that interest rates are prohibitive for infill developers, whereas the guys who can get shiny tower financing have projects that are so big that even if they default the banks will work w them to keep the project moving
