Dad, Cyclist, Inventor, Green Party, former Borough Councillor, keen runner, enthusiastic OCR participant, tree hugger, PhD Chemist, increasingly grumpy.
I did even read a new story about Reform's road plans somewhere north in the country that sounded, erm, pretty good. Don't get me wrong, I love bashing Reform, but let's bash them for all the bad stuff, rather than trying to spin literally everything.

That was pretty weak on exposing the "savings".

Also don't agree that reducing allowances is a good thing, a lot has been done to open up councils beyond the retired and wealthy, who can give time for no reward.

Money to community funds is a good thing, although open to pork barrel politics.

Labour Regional Office have only ever been about their own power, which was a growinf base in the east mids. Path to parliament for some and forever jobs in the machine for others.

Members were a hindrance for them but an asset in the greens.

Our regional employees are about empowering members

Also one of our second place finishes last time around. People appreciate Nadia standing up for them, but the association with the red rosette is wearing thin.

The hostile environment within Labour as an organisation means that you silo to survive.

I don't think it can be won back, I don't think it can be saved. I think it can be replaced though.

Nottingham East has the highest number of Green Party Members of any constituency in the East Midlands.

Thank you being a sane voice in the media. Elsewhere the same voices are arguing to keep the massive salaries for CEOs and managers in large private companies. Strange how the NHS could run without management but in private companies they're worth millions.

Opened a brief meeting with Frank and Laurie this week on the discussion of "do penguins have knees" to which I asserted of "course they have knees if whales have pelvises of course penguins have knees"
