Yeah I removed Bluesky from my phone and my screen time plunged 80%. I’m already reading more books and sleeping better. Realizing that I am not wired to handle exposure to this many people’s thoughts at any given time.

I remember walking out of a screening of Titanic in December 97 and there were people crying in shock because they didn't realize the ship was going to sink.

I’m torn-I know I shouldn’t complain but it’s 27C here right now ( I’m American so I had to Google that conversion) and I hate this weather and am desperate for a brutal cold front. It’s *January * - the weather is supposed to be awful!

Barry Lyndon was re-released this year and I saw it for the first time-I literally prepped for it with a couple of espressos beforehand and...oddly enough, I was really engaged and thought it felt way shorter than I had feared
