Here is the solution attached. The first file will be our type declaration. The second one is the consumer. You are exporting an empty JS object. Then, either with import or require syntax, one could reuse types. #BuildingInPublic #nodejs (2/2)

Three lessons that I have learned after switching from TypeScript back to NodeJS:
1) JSDoc is a friend
2) Small functions and Unit tests are essential
3) The way how one exports the functions matters*

* - the one shown on the screenshot will give docs and types even with 'require' syntax.

I am re-platforming my website from Webflow because it is too slow and expensive. I decided to go with AWS Amplify. I deployed the template. It is so simple. I did it with pre-made clicks. The next problem is coming out of the blue. #BuildingInPublic (1/2)

I got excited and booked one conference related to the JavaScript ecosystem. It was 2017. My boss did not trust the language, thinking only Java would save the world. There were talks about React and Angular. But I found this talk from the screenshot. (3/8)
