I, too, wouldn't have picked sqlite. But it actually works really well for this purpose when you're not sharing users in a big sqlite file.

In these days of generative AI, people can generate CSAM... And it wouldn't be ethical to expose moderators to content that can be filtered out by an AI in a high percentage of cases.
