Have you ever tried taking estrogen even for like 30 days? You might just feel that it's 'right' and want to commit. Not everyone has lots of breast growth either. I'm still pretty small and we have similar frames.

Just spiro doesn't seem like it will get you to your goals, it's a pretty bad medicine. If you are worried about boobs there are other regimens than the classic spiro + estrogen. bicalutamide is another anti androgen. Tamoxifen can be taken with estrogen and it stops uptaking estrogen in breast
