I guess this would be a good time to introduce the other main character — Saargano! 🐉
He's incredibly tall, although most of that height is in his neck. He isn't going to be wearing a tank top and baggy pants forever; that's just a comfy placeholder outfit as he readapts to life on land. 🌊 #artshare

Current progress with Cloudwing's #storyboard.

I have a feeling I might be overcomplicating the frames. Anyone else deal with this? If so, what advice do you have on how to make the storyboarding process go smoother?

The first and only completed character designs for the series (2020). More characters have been sketched and fleshed out, but so far we have:
Ven! the main protagonist; half-dragon/half-elf. and one of their dads - Taro; a Gaian elf.
Backstories (and more finished character art) coming soon!
main protagonist, Ven Cloudwing. they are an androgynous dragon/elf hybrid with cobalt blue skin and short, curved horns pointing upward. their hair is a dark blue, almost black shade, in a wavy/curled style that's long in the bangs and shorter in the back. their outfit currently consists of navy blue sneakers, waist-high pants, a short-length vest, a gold scale-texture binder underneath the vest, and wristbands. parts of their outfit have gold trim. they have wings, a tail, and some patches of dragon scales on their forehead, cheeks, and shoulders, but the rest of their body has more elf-like/humanoid features. they're looking forward with a confident expression. transparent background. one of the main protagonist's dads, Taro Cloudtwist, who is an elf. currently has pale blue skin (will be changed later). he is tall, lanky, has dark blue/almost black hair that is styled into a short undercut. he is wearing prescription glasses, a burgundy leather jacket, teal polo shirt, grey slacks, and dark brown loafers. he has his hands in his pockets, looking off to the side. transparent background.
