My community hasn’t even begun to absorb what is happening to their schools. #PlumasCounty is famous for self dealing and poor public administration and outright fraud. The adjustment required to move forward in any way with this situation is going to be epic.

#Mandalay is chock full of buildings that look just like this - people live in these 4-10 story buildings, few of which are built to modern structural standards. Even with request for support from outside the country, it’s going to be incredibly difficult to respond to all the lives in danger today.
