Lost my first toenail since starting to run over ten years ago. Couldn’t really figure why as my mileage has been pretty low compared to other years. The I looked at Strava’s year in sport thing…elevation gain up 49% over last year. Yep, that’ll do it!

Lost my first toenail since starting to run over ten years ago. Couldn’t really figure why as my mileage has been pretty low compared to other years. The I looked at Strava’s year in sport thing…elevation gain up 49% over last year. Yep, that’ll do it!
