During Trump’s first term, 70% of kids in immigration court were deported.

Now, the current admin has cut legal funding that helped protect these kids.

No attorney = higher risk of wrongful deportation, even if a child qualifies to stay.

In March the U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services abruptly cut funding for legal services for over 26,000 unaccompanied immigrant children.
This decision is not just cruel, it’s unlawful. So we sued.
