Houki has two shinobi toolkits on the lefthand side of his ANBU kevlar. They contain many secret tools from the science department. A scar on the left side of his face goes down into his shinobi bodysuit mask.

Shinobi toolkit stealth cloak from the science department. (The stealth cloak hides the chakra signature of the wearer. Two sizes, small and large (small one depicted)). Anbu face mask: A small mouth, no nose, two columns of 4 black dots each on either side. Her hair always hides her eyes Signature jutsu: Tele-puppetry jutsu. Ability to manipulate inorganic objects through limited telekinesis (I had to come up with something to explain why Hako can control her puppet seemingly without any chakra strings) Clan symbol: black diamond. Kuroi means black.

Houki is confused by the "composite" reading from his intrasensor. Meanwhile, Hako has gone deeper into the village and discovered claw marks covering the ground and some of the buildings. Just as she comes across the marks, several claw grimes begin to emerge from them. It seems as if they've been ambushed by the shinju army.

Left reeling from Code's invasion, Konoha was unprepared for secondary attacks on outlying villages across the Land of Fire.

Anbu Chief Sai dispatched specialist teams on intelligence-gathering missions. His best team investigated a total communication blackout.
Text: "Himitsu Village. Outskirts of the Land of Fire. 2 days after Code invaded Konoha." Renga Kokubou: "Signs of battle, trees everywhere, no survivors. This is definitely the place." Hako Kuroi: "I'm not detecting any active claw grimes. At least, not right now." Renga: "That's a shame. I was itching for a fight." Houki Taketori: "Remember Master Sai's intel. It may still be a trap. Let's investigate. Team 25, move out." Team 25 from the anime arrives at a seemingly abandoned village where trees seem to be everywhere. There appears to have been a battle of some sort. Renga is wearing an ANBU face mask alongside the signature grey ANBU vest. He has on a black compression shirt beneath, black shorts, black gloves, and shin guards. He doesn't have an ANBU sword as he prefers to fight with his hands. Hako is dressed in a black cloak that conceals her outfit alongside any potential weapons. She has an ANBU mask on, two bows tied into her hair, and is wearing heels. Her signature puppet stands in front of her with its ears and hands raised (a sensory ability allowing it to perceive across the electromagnetic spectrum). Houki has a cape wrapped across his left shoulder that bears the symbol of the Konoha ANBU, both signifying him as the current ANBU field commander and also concealing multiple weapons. He has the ANBU vest on, and beneath it is a black compression suit that also covers the lower half of his face. His ANBU mask is positioned to only cover the left half of his face, a style strongly reminiscent of Kakashi Hatake. He has standard shinobi pants with bandages covering his shins.

I know the focus is on his upcoming interrogation/investigation, but these lines are probably more important in the long-run.

Two mystery heroes stand vigil over Konoha City. Though nobody knows the true identities of these mysterious vigilantes 🤔🤔🤔 everyone knows their heroic aliases: Champion and The Shuriken.
Mystery man #1 has a Superman-inspired costume. The main color is green, with cyan arm sleeves and boots. He has a flowing red cape and red belt buckle. A single eye-mask covers his face, and the eye holes are glowing red. He has a 3-part insignia displayed on his chest: a Kara symbol, a bold C inside it, and the Konoha symbol inside that C. He's equipped with a staff. Mystery man #2 is wearing a Batman-inspired outfit. The primary color is black, with blue gauntlets, trunks, and boots. His belt is pink, as are some of the highlights on his suit, including his symbol - a shuriken over a pink oval. He has a Batman-style cowl on his head with a single eye hole that glows blue, and a sword hangs at his side. Mystery Man #1 is in the foreground on the lefthand side, with Mystery Man #2 on the right. They're overlooking a city below them. #1 is flying while #2 is standing on a rooftop. It's a rainy night, with wind blowing in from the lefthand side, enhancing the aura farming going on.
