I'm on board with this thread, 4 games in my backlog that I truly hope I can get to next year (Outer Worlds 2 is the only one that's truly guaranteed I'll play)

Few games make me feel as Jekyll & Hyde as #CloverPit does. When you hit, or really get your system running, it's as addictive as any rougelite out there. HOWEVER, it's still based on a slot machine & you can have so many straight runs of just losing it's utterly infuriating. Also, the 666's cheat!

I think regardless of which games win which awards this year, it's been a fantastic year for gaming. For me, getting these two in the same year, plus another dozen+ awesome games is all that really matters. That said, it definitely matters to the teams, so I'm happy for all those nominated today.

I think it'd be hard to be upset with the final 6, a few of these felt like locks for a bit. Seems like a pretty good variety as well, so while there are always going to be a few we might be disappointed didn't get nominated, I don't foresee a lot of controversy regarding the selections this year.

Feels like I'm getting closer to the end of #GhostofYotei. I definitely appreciate the fact that the map isn't overly huge for no reason. Definitely going to be in my top 3 game I played this year, been a fantastic year for gaming.

These are the four new anime of the season my wife and I are watching atm, all pretty cozy and fun. My two strongest suggestions are for May I ask for one final thing? and My Status as an Assassin etc.. plus we're just waiting for the dub of Gachiakuta to pick back up, that show's really good.

May I ask for one final thing? is becoming one of my favorite anime of the season, and just over the past few years. Scarlet is such a fun character (naturally OP) and the supporting cast is highly amusing. And the isekai element to the show is truly wild, definitely recommend this show.

May I ask for one final thing? is becoming one of my favorite anime of the season, and just over the past few years. Scarlet is such a fun character (naturally OP) and the supporting cast is highly amusing. And the isekai element to the show is truly wild, definitely recommend this show.

My wife's favorite anime of last season and her already favorite of this season. I enjoyed Secrets of the Silent Witch, but May I Ask for one Final Thing is surprising me given how much I'm really enjoying it. Plus the protagonists are VERY different between the two.

Today's batch of #GhostofYotei photos. Played quite a bit last night, I'm truly enjoying this game and so far it's one of the few open world games that I don't mind doing the side stuff as it always feels rewarding, and it's just a stunning game.

I'm really enjoying #GhostofYotei, one thing that I think feels different from Ghost of Tsushima is the vibe. I may be wrong, but Tsushima truly felt like a Kurosawa film in regards to the vibe, but with Yotei it kinda feels closer to a Tarantino samurai revenge film to me and I'm here for it.

Free to play games are really starting to impress me. We've had really solid F2P games like the Hoyoverse stuff, First Descendent and Lost Ark to name a few. But seeing what they're doing with the upcoming stuff like Ananta and Where the Winds Meet is wild, I'm going to need more hours in the day!
