It was a bit of work to get to them! They were all the way in the back.

One of my favorites, too. Love this movie. Seen it many times.

You deserve to have your good news. That mod has a problem. I'm sorry that happened. I love to hear writer success stories.

I was 9 and watched with my family. We lived in Livermore, home to the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. . The adults used to joke we didn't have to worry about surviving a war because were top 10 on the Soviet hit list. Traumatized does not begin to explain the experience of seeing this.

It's like the Orca on steroids!

If I was a billionaire, I wouldn't waste my time with some sort of gross mega-yacht. I'd just retrofit this thing. That'd be awesome. Then I'd invent time travel so I could become a 1980s private detective and live on the thing.

Price is Right was big on sick days in the early 80s. As was Let's Make a Deal (which, ironically, I worked on for two seasons later in life). Then there was Dick Van Dyke Show, Archie Bunker, Andy Griffith, and, if you were lucky and it was the right time of year, The Monkees.

That's crazy. It was twenty years ago, so I don't have the clearest recollection. I'm sure that production had an interesting history. I think he brought it up as an example of a movie that didn't work for a long time in the edit and then did. Which in my post career I've seen a lot.

I've read a lot your writing. If you write a stinker, it would be your first. You're going to do great.

When I see guys like Buttigieg I think of the Lincoln book TEAM OF RIVALS. The lesson of that book isn't that you should invite your opponents into your cabinet. It's that some people NEVER get over the desire to be President and that hopeless ambition morally corrupts them.
