I only attended about
10 meetings but knew this was the goal.

25 years later I was ready, but never needed it.

35 years of everyday drinking and I quit.
No cravings but I am disgusted what I did to my health, money,
wife, friends ect.

I promised to work a program if I needed.
I love sobriety !

Ellen ect.

It would be a shame to set back gay rights
after all the change
and gains so hard fought for.

Matthew could have been anyones family
member or friend.

I went with my drinking buddy.
He was a hopeless alcoholic.

I wanted to quit but had nothing better in
life and continued untill one day about 15
years ago I just quit.

It was and has been the easiest and best
decision I've ever made.

I love sobriety more than I ever loved booze.

I hope his only problem is alcohol.

A few bucks a day is better than lots of money at one.

A fitness plan and healthy eating may replace the addiction
for alcohol.

AA is the best place to
start when he's ready to try to get his life back.
