Ah! I remember when i worked on the first Witcher game for almost 2 years and then checked the credits and saw...3 names of our contracted studio named in,2 of those were higher ups who had NEVER even been in the project room, meanwhile 50+ of us were never credited, people who worked hard as fuck.
