I have a supply of these on hand so I can take my "good tea" (Keats & Co) when traveling. Also, I've pre-filled some for the days when I just don't have the level of patience required for dealing with the strainer. Kind of "best of both worlds" for me!

I got it in 3, but I have adopted two particular words as my "starters" that quickly help me identify/eliminate letters, and I explore all the vowels right off the bat.

I'd heard the word plenty as a child and for a long time refused to believe that *that* is how it's spelled.

I heard he took orders and supplied coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. But, we're not supposed to let anyone know he's such a softy.

You can learn on Wal-Mart clearance or Dollar Tree yarn. If you're ambitious, you can spend time unraveling sweaters from thrift stores or personal ones you don't wear any more. Then once you're into it, yarn money/gift cards moves way up on your wish list. lol

Chickened out halfway across?

That made me about snort my tea!
November 9, 2025 at 11:29 PM
Do it! It's not *that* difficult. If you've ever looped rubber bands together to form a chain, you can knit or crochet. It doesn't *need* to be expensive!

(It's the secondary hobby of yarn collecting that got me into trouble.)
