How can we keep NYC affordable?

The lottery shouldn't be the only way people can afford NYC. As an organizer, I fought to protect tenants from eviction. At the Council, I'm working to protect & expand affordable housing so working-class families can remain in NYC for generations.

Why is health equity a priority for me?

In addition to supporting our H+H hospitals, I'm a huge advocate for fighting against maternal health inequities that hit low-income women and women of color hardest. I passed 5 bills in 3 years in support of pregnant women- and I’m committed to doing more!
