Back on that pizza making. Figured it isn't that hard to put the semolina directly on the back of the dough instead of trying to coat the peel. Waaaay less of a mess now that excess flour isn't getting everywhere.

Just in case anyone was wondering (they were not), the coin bezel for a Canadian 1/2oz gold malpe leaf coin does a pretty decent job of working for a Combo Breaker coin.

My first computer was (apparently a rare?) Compaq laptop made on their 200GXm chips, and those actually ran Quake fine, because I remember playing Quake II over LAN at school on it. Found an image of one online on a French website for some reason?

Back on that pizza grind. Went for more American style with low moisture cheese and 5-6 minutes bake (which my setup is ideal for). Slowly getting better at shaping. Feel like this was at least as good as Costco pizza (complimentary) by the last one.
