Donald Trump has always been a pig.

That is an indisputable, objective, quantifiable fact.

The question that needs to be asked once again is, “What kind of person supports a person like this?”

I do not see any appreciable benefits from aimlessly following leaders who insist upon unquestioning loyalty. That type of loyalty is utilizing a leadership attribute to the extreme; the principle of a strength gone too far, which in fact turns into a weakness. claudiodavidmorelli.com/loyalty-in-l...

What good is it for you to gain the whole world yet forfeit your soul? Mark 8:36 As a child, did you ever play the game King of the Mountain? For those who have never played, the goal is to be the first person to reach the top of a hill and then stay there. The game can become very competitive and intense as players push, shove, trip, and fight to get to the top.

The sheer number of family members, plus the small size of the home, did not lend itself to the quiet, stress-free, calm environment where kids can thrive. A private spot to read, study, and relax was minimal. If an opportunity arose, I capitalized on it, and it was in these spaces that I felt free.

A Liberating Discovery
By the age of seventy, I thought that I had figured out things. I had some certainty about who I was, my interests, and how to act in social and work situations. After many years of being a husband, father, raising a family, and building a successful career, I felt settled, proud of my achievements, and how I had grown as an individual.
