After dropping my substance of choice I’m having a hard time with behaviors. Have anyone else in recovery dealt with this?? What are your tips for succeeding and coping with urges??

I’m on such a humbling journey at this moment. I’m not really sure where it’s going. The crazy part is that it’s just beginning. It’s hard to believe I am actually able to change. The mind is powerful. #recovery
