Henrry Villatoro Santos, the VA man government officials accused of being a leader of MS-13, will stay in a U.S. jail for now by choice rather than face almost certain deportation to El Salvador w/out due process. A judge granted a stay in his case while the courts figure out what DHS plans to do.
