Is this because they were competing with the White-headed Duck? The sign in the park said that the White-headed Duck was endangered. Curiously, I’ve never seen a Ruddy Duck, although it looks like it migrates through where I live in the US.

Sometimes you see something and wonder, is that really real? (It’s a White-headed duck, and it really is real). I saw this fellow at the WWT London Wetland Centre.

I think for #FoodonFriday, I’m going to start posting what I wish I had in front of me, instead of what I actually have in the fridge. Today, I’m in the mood for sushi. Sometimes, you just want a nice Rainbow Roll.
