At the beginning, now only rarely. Peppermint tea is helpful, as is small carb based snacks- Trader Joe’s has some ginger snaps that worked well for me, there’s also Swedish crisp bread crackers. Stay away from the multigrain/nut varieties (they taste better but the plain ones work best for nausea)
