But note in this Toronto Star article: ON wants to switch from an 85-15 grant:loan ratio to a 25-75 grant:loan ratio. That has huge financial consequences

Ontario is overhauling OSAP, so that financial aid will be mainly loans with far fewer non-repayable grants.
