The above are state and nation wide issues and have to be addressed quickly to help fix the system.

2. How are you going to eliminate forced volunteerism for teachers? Hours of after/before school meetings that are not compensated for. Also, subbing for other classes when positions aren’t filled.

As a 27 year veteran I appreciate the transparency and a viable plan of action.
