Coming to terms with the love for a family member, personal values and the balance between them. As difficult a decision, I lean on my selected watchwords; Honesty, Kindness and Curiosity. Ah, and I made some cookies 😂.

I have upset people in the past, and will likely do so in the future; as I cannot please everyone. The difference from past and current me, most people upset with me today is due to my boundaries. I am okay with that, even though it hurts to see them upset. #selfcare #boundaries

I have tried to learn Spanish, on a few different platforms/apps and continue to fall short. It doesn't help when my German pops in when I forget a word in Spanish. I'm thinking I need Sesame Street in Spanish. What are your recommendations? Thank you.

I walked outside this morning where I was met with 22° F, which is cold for me. After the cold hit my skin, I immediately thought of those who don’t have the option to “just go back inside” and warm up. I’ve carried this thought all day.

Gratitude today for the shared life experiences of others. I cannot interact with people from all time lines and cultures, so reading and audio books allow me access to their knowledge.

Working on things at our home, I found at least 4 ways not to patch a water main break. Tomorrow, I’ll see if I can figure out a few more and maybe I’ll find one that works until I can get a plumber.
