I think when this was new, it wasn't viewed so negatively because it wasn't so common. As it is now though, it's not popular with residents in any country due to actual residents being unable to get a home. Remember that a few months ago, people protested in Spain.

I recently read articles about the best laptops to get for Linux and the author on one of them wrote that they don't expect NVIDIA will ever support Linux. Was that a false claim or did it change recently?

Yeah, I left because after a certain point in 2015, whenever I got the new follower notification and went to see what they post, the first thing that loaded in the banner area was stuff I didn't want to see unless I actually looked for it on the sites made for that kind of content.

I've never seen nor heard anyone say what the OP posted but if people think RPGs are obscure, they either weren't alive during the PlayStation 2 era or never talked to other people about their hobbies and don't like it when people they dislike enjoy the same stuff and perhaps have enjoyed it longer.

Yes. It's a turn based RPG which is what the majority were prior to the creation of tactical RPGs and action RPGs. The thing every RPG ever have in common is they are based on pen and paper RPGs; all characters used or fought against have various stats that get a modifier through items and equipment

If 🦋 isn't seen as culturally relevant, trolls may avoid it. Don't try to be everything for everyone. Set things up so people can decide for themselves how they're going to use it but without imposing their thinking on others because not everyone necessarily agrees with everyone else all the time.

It depends on what the creators intend to do with it. I think the reason Elon et al went after Twitter was because everyone was there and there are individuals who behave like Ghengis Khan. They want all the resources without putting in the work to make something people actually want to use.

I just finished watching a @hak5.bsky.social video where it was mentioned that Rand Paul wants to eliminate CISA because according to him, the US has survived 248 years without it. That won't do the party any favors if they were to argue with those who believe they rigged it.
