Still going through this year’s photos. Earlier this year I read in a field guide that Mountain Quail are skittish and difficult to photograph as they’ll quickly run into undergrowth just moments before about 5 stood around posing for me #birds

Went for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Immediately saw a sea otter swimming in the ocean. It was amazing
