It’s breaking now (ok 6hrs ago), but I’m very curious your thoughts on what Russia using the first ICBM in battle suggests?

To me - it being their response after such a huge attack of their depot in Karachev… I’d say using an ICBM suggests they had some significant losses of their stockpile.
