I wonder if in universe the Sex-Arcade ever decides to capture different skins/variants of the characters they have on offer. Although I suppose it would also be possible, and much easier, for them to be provided different outfits and makeup to get the same or similar results.

it's my eternal curse, I think of lore that my players will more than likely never know unless I end up compulsively lore dumping onto them after a game. There's no reason for them to know what's up with the Western and Eastern continents but it's there because I wanted to expand the world a bit

Yes to all. I wanted to be somewhat prepared in the event that my players wanted to travel the world, one of the players is a dragonborn from the central islands, and I honestly can't help myself when I'm thinking of lore and I end up falling into a rabbit hole of expanding on certain ideas

South from Ulnar is the country of Touleaux who are French themed. Those that don't like them would say they're a bunch of arrogant hotheads who'd fight you at the drop of a hat. Those who like them would say the same but don't think of it as a bad thing since they at least earned their arrogance

This frozen hellscape was the better outcome given that the alternative was to have a massive portal open up and allow the forces of Nyarlathotep invade the planet instead, but the knowledge surrounding that isn't well known so many people just assume people in Ulnar were messing with fiends.

Starting with the frigid wasteland formerly known as Ulnar which was themed after eastern europe. What happened is that multiple portals opened up and turned the entire area into another front of the Blood War. It is now a frozen hellscape that very few people can survive in.

Now the Northern Continent where the majority of the game takes place in. There's 15 countries, 6 if you group the city states into the alliance they formed and if you don't count another as a country since it's a frigid wasteland with little civilization left.

moving to the central islands, this where the Draconic League is. Several dragons took over the ruins of the empire & formed a country between them composed of all sorts of scaled races such as kobolds, lizardmen, dragonborn, etc. There's now a civil war between chromatics and metallics

It was meant to be inspired by different African cultures but with my limited knowledge on the subject & how the side arc played out it's now more a North African inspired setting with a bit of Mali Empire sprinkled in. Due to recent events a magical ice age has affected the area.

The southern continent was a mostly arid area before the events of a side arc with my players happened. The city states that comprise most of its society are renown for both their mercantile skills as well as producing some of the best sailors in the setting. Many hard to get items can be found here

Culture wise, the Western continent is inspired by various Native American societies while the Eastern Continent is inspired by various Asian societies. It's not one big homogeneous country but more of a confederacy of countries that banded together after a major clusterfuck.

Occasionally items from both of those continents make their way to the rest of the world and they're always regarded as curiosities and of high quality. Both continents have friendly relations with each other and are very advance in both magic and technology.

Moving on to the other continents I'll do the Western & Eastern continents next. Both of them have blocked themselves off from the rest of the world besides from each other due to the fall of the Falamar Empire. They agreed to let the savages fight amongst themselves while they continue to thrive

The Falamar Empire is your standard fantasy Rome trope except death beyond age related issues was a minor inconvenience at worst. By the modern setting it has been gone for about 1,000 years and its language cannot by learned due to divine intervention.

In the present day of the setting there are 4 major continents and one former continent that is now a series of islands, this last area was the seat of the Falamar Empire where they worshiped a great phoenix and had casual access to resurrection magic which is normally rare and tightly controlled
