Probably not going to Platinum this game like I did the Cyber Sleuths cause one of the achievements is to beat the game on the hardest difficulty and tbh I don't really wanna play again, as much as it pains me to say that

Okay spoilers over. I did complete the field guide.

Overall: The combat is fun, aspects of the story are fun, but overall the story handholds really badly and there are a lot of plot threads that are either abandoned or resolved offscreen. I think my love of Digimon was the only thing keeping me going for a bit, which is a shame.

-the impact of the aegiomon twist was super hampered by the silent protag
-Inori feels flat, esp when compared to the cyber sleuth cast
-WHY ARE DIGI JEWELS "sell these for a high price" ITEMS BUT ALSO REQUIRED FOR A DIGI EGG??? Don't put "sell this" in the item description if it has ANY other uses

-overall, there is just way too much explaining what just happened over and over
-I feel insane that Inori's father was established as an antagonist in the timeskip and them he NEVER APPEARS AGAIN. It resolves itself offscreen and an npc tells you it's cool now
-this happens to multiple plot threads

Okay finally finished the game. Thoughts (spoilers!!!!!!):
-all the side quests being right at the end of the game kills the pacing
-the paper doll segments are beautiful and interesting looking but I really hate that 90% of them are explaining things that JUST happened in the story
