It doesn’t make sense if that’s true that the rightwing press has from day one been screaming about how terrible Starmer is. It’s going to take more than a year to fix the 14yrs of mess the Tories have left behind.

That’ll be lots of children facing criminal damage charges then, these things are full of cameras.
While I agree we don’t have the pavements for these, I wonder if expanding cycle networks could help this technology do its job without interfering with pedestrians.

My idea is you have FPTP same as it’s always been, but then in parliament you weight the MPs voting power on the basis of the overall vote per party, you also allow people who wish to the ability to split their party vote and candidates vote. See my other reply’s where I have tried to explain this.
