Yes they sell series 4 in target, but you can buy series 1,2,3,and 4 on Amazon. And until the 29th it’s 30% off for Black Friday on Amazon. They are like 9.99$ regularly. I have the Kylie bratz minis too. Those are also on Amazon still for cheap cus no one wants them
