There is very little more satisfying as a new game dev, to make a scene and see it "breathe". Sure the little dude is a blank slate in the background, but so was this entire shot. I dunno, felt a little proud.

Question for those that know #Blender!

I'm learning how to rig for the first time, and used a Meta-Rig armature to make this. In pose mode, it works fine! But when using "G" to move, my mesh and armature disconnect. Does anyone know a fix to this per chance? 😅

Turns out I'm unable to import this effect from #Blender into #UnrealEngine, so I started from scratch! The game is slowly starting to look better. While I'm still not happy with it, we've got a long way to go. Then next step is to model the NPC's and Cyclops!

I MADE FIRE. This took WAY to long to learn how to do, and did require me to go back and install old versions of #Blender. I'm learning that modeling is my least favorite part of game dev'ing lol

The fog mixed with the blue I think looks nice. Though I am at the point where 'Whatever I do looks meh/bad' phase of making something 😅 Anyone have any advice on how to get over that? Also any opinions on the fog density/blue color are welcome!

Going to spend the day trying to learn things about Blender.

I'm going to need:
- 1 'base' model for the MC and 13 NPCS
- The Cyclops Model
- Sheep Model

I can already tell this is gonna be my least favorite part of the entire process 😅 Any tips/tricks are welcome!
