So everyone has a toxic trait or two that you own and are like I should be better than this. One of mine is absolutely wearing too much perfume, because when I find a scent I like, I want to drown in it. I don't know who came up with this marketing idea of scent spaces, but Jesus I feel really seen.

Home made english muffins this morning turned out great (although I maybe went a little too dark on a few of them)! They made a great egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I forgot how tender and moist English muffins can be when they are home made.

Adapting king arthurs kardemummabullar recipe to have a blueberry rather than cinnamon filling. You can definitely tell which rolls where shaped first and which where shaped last. Turns out there is an art to twisting with out blueberry filling going everywhere. Now we wait for them to proof.

You know what, I am celebrating the small wins today. Enough of the chores got done to not feel bad a out going to work tomorrow, and I have a freshly baked loaf of sandwich bread for tomorrow's lunch. Life is going g OK.

OK first attempt at sourdough is out of the oven, gonna need to get better at scoring and maybe bake the loaves separately next time, but can't wait to see what the texture turns out like after they cool

So it turns out I really like a longer fermentation in my coughs. Reall interested in seeing how these brioche sweetheart rolls I started yesterday turn out! By the end of rolling them out i got almost kinda good at shaping them
