No, it is dangerous for the US, you cn only abuse your business partners before they leave. Shat is he going to do? Sent troops to Canada and the UK? And Mexico, and Columbia? And Greenland? And all democratic cities? Is he going to kidnapp every leader of the world? he just sounds like a madman.
