Looks unpleasantly cold. Kids probably like it though, or is there no novelty when it's every year?

Also, can you just leave bikes outside and they don't get pinched? Are they wired up to the mains as a theft deterrent?

We still have it. It's now called The Take Back Control Pound and is worth somewhat less, but it's still accepted at most Supply Stores and Emporiums
