He claimed Hernandez got unfairly rail roaded as a justification for pardoning him, yet he is straight up murdering alleged traffickers without even a performative nod of due process. He has zero coherent principles beyond doing what is personally profitable.

If a lawsuit filed immediately after the passage of a new map is too close to the election for courts to be involved, it should mean it was too late for the state to draw new maps. It is so backwards for SCOTUS to say these issues evade judicial review.

Not about blame. It’s about reducing innocent losses of life.

They might drive away in a non-peaceful manner sometimes. But as long as it is <100%, there will be fewer instances of reckless driving. Also, they will return to a normal driving pattern more quickly than when actively being chased.

The objective data—including from cities that have stopped allowing them—overwhelmingly supports banning pursuits. Obv the fleeing driver is primarily at fault, but the proximate cause was the police chase in almost every one of these cases.

Police chases cost lives and should be prohibited in every jurisdiction.

Johnson thought he had a great new strategy to force Senate dems to vote for he CR by just passing it with our GOP votes and then shutting the House down. But it didn’t work. The bill that never had 60 votes still doesn’t have 60 votes. He needs to cut his losses and call the House back.

Why are people so invested in this single candidate that they would ignore so many giant red flags. It sure seems like a guy with a Nazi tattoo is more likely a Synema or Fetterman than an actual Democrat. Cut bait and move on.
