idk theres a certain kind of over-the-top enforcement i see in eng speaking spaces, not just in xIov fandom, where ppl get rabid to show they are morally superior for using the "correct" pronoun but sometimes theres no "correct" pronoun they subscribe to, and the policing just feels like bullying

t's the same reason i was so obsessed with superband years ago... gather a bunch of absolute Nerds obsessed with their craft and throw them together in respectful competition and see what kind of crazy creativity arises
