With that out of the way: a lot of FFXIV and Lord of the Rings cards have gotten especially popular in my friend circle, and a buddy of mine has a pretty baller Tyranid deck, so some amount of the individual reception probably depends on the franchise too.

I personally am at the stage where I don't mind the crossover cards being a thing but am getting a little weirded out by their frequency. The fact we were getting ATLA previews before the Spider-Man set had even released just felt Weird.
