Its at an apartment complex and it was done before we even moved in, so it was something I have no control over.

I hate my smart door/thermostat with a passion. It jams all the time, even if it doesn't jam. It tells us we have work orders when we dont, overall just bad use. Could have just replaced the door and been done with it.
