After all the subtwt'ing of that guy who was dissing the concept of fandom yesterday to instead shout out the wonderful things we've gotten out of being in one as an adult, it sucks to then intentionally revisit the negative & dredge up so much mean-spirited stuff from the past 3yrs today. 🫤 2/2

It's a bummer to see the iceberg memes circulating again. I know they're a thing that fandoms make, but both ofmd versions have some really nasty, bad faith stuff on them that remind a lot of real ppl about a lot of real harassment that happened. Yeah, some of the stuff is silly but a lot isn't. 1/2

If you're looking for a good sign: I took my little octopus buddy Sticky with me to work today. No reason, I just grabbed him on my way out. During lunch I had a Dum-Dum Mystery Flavor lollipop and it was a perfect match! And then I got a second one! IDK what this is a sign of but it can't be bad.
