Atkins shakes are very low-carb, mildly sweet, and better tasting than I would have guessed. They have low carb sweets too. Peanut butter cups, things like that. May ease the sugar desire without the harm... I no longer do low carb, but I still buy the shakes occasionally. I genuinely like them!

Y'know, you are allowed to vote for or against Democrats without being a member of the party... I've been an independent for over 30 years, and I routinely vote almost exclusively for Democrats. A lot of it is against Republicans but I strongly support several Democrats like Sen Merkley and AOC.
