I played an excessive amount of populous 2 on either early PC or C64. 1st computer was an Atari 400 membrane keyboard w/cassette. Slow to type on it but I am not sure my typing speed is much better today on the fancy clicky-claky keyboard anyway.

The valuation for tech is based on the idea that it is scalable with comparatively minimal infrastructure.
AI aka the slightly good guessing machine, has massive and ongoing infra cost that is presently impossible to roll out at scale and an existential threat.

I am not sure the american dream consist of being a victim of a landlords. So to buy maybe mortgage at $2k and after property taxes and insurance $2500-3000 for most places under the typical forever-year mortgage term.
