I was the same way, even in bloodborne. Lemme just say now - Kirkhammer isn't worth it. I'd say the axe is the best strength weapon personally, but the meta weapons I believe are the boomhammer and the whirligig saw? Could be wrong there. The meta for a quality str/dex build is ludwig's blade though

That's fair! The only one I've actually beaten so far is bloodborne personally, so I understand the first one you beat being your fav. I've been working on ds3, elden ring, and sekiro but none of them hit me like bloodborne did in terms of gameplay. They feel clunkier, if that makes sense?
