Today marks a very special day at CMA as we celebrate the retirement of our wonderful school secretary, Ann Grealish.

Claudia, Maya and Emilie presented very informative PowerPoints today on their home regions. Claudia presented on South Tyrol an area traditionally part of Austria given to Italy after WW1 which the fifth years are learning about in class. Maya and Emilie presented on Geneva.

Female students from TY, 5th & 6th year travelled to the 'Inspire Women in Engineering' event last week which took place in the University Concert Hall. Students received a very informative and inspiring presentation. This event hosted a panel of female engineers from different sectors.

Ms.Hennessy’s 2nd year Science class were studying the Periodic Table of the Elements. Each student made a “My Little Book of….”their favourite element from the Table using their research skills and prior knowledge. Well done everyone, they are fabulous! #Science #Elements

Last Friday, our TY students continued with our weekly TY Driver Safety Programme, where all Transition Year students take part between September and January.
