That is correct. The 5th Amendment says "person" not "citizen". So I guess they can sit in jail while they go to court.

Perfect. The law says that if you enter our nation without a visa you are deported back to your country. It's that simple. No if/and/but. You go home. So we agree that illegals should be deported.

Illegal aliens should not get due process. They are not citizens. They should just be deported after it's determined that they are here illegally. Send them home.
