At the very least they need to be more transparent about what balance interest is being charged on and how to avoid payments, even if the rates don’t go down. There’s no reason to pay any interest on a card in the first place

It’s not even convenient, it takes days to ship anything unless you want to shell out for a shitty monthly service to line a billionaire’s pockets, assuming the package shows up at all, the selection and prices aren’t competitive and the customer service sucks donkey dick
